How to get here
By car
Gialova is a small coastal village, 7 km from the town of Pylos, which is located in the Peloponnesian province of Messinia. The distance to Athens is approximately 300 km. The distance to the city of Kalamata, which has an airport, is 45 km. The distance to the port of Patras is about 200 km. Gialova is located about 50 km from Kalamata airport. Various airlines offer direct flights from a number of major European cities to Kalamata. Alternatively, you can fly to Athens' new international airport and book a connecting flight to Kalamata with Olympic Airways. Rental Cars are available both in Kalamata and in Athens.

Several companies maintain daily ferry connections between the Italian mainland (Ancona, Venice and Bari) and the port of Patras, which is situated 200 km north of Gialova (2 hours drive).
